Now, we want to become the ones who give back to Hololive, which has given us so much. Holofans Orchestra is dedicated to expressing our gratitude to Hololive through our activities.
Holofans Orchestra is a community where Hololive fans with various skills come together to engage in music-centered fan creation projects. Our goal is to foster a community where talented fans can collaborate on new creative works and support these activities.
Participation in the community is open to everyone! You don’t need to worry about whether your skills are enough. Let’s enjoy Hololive and its fan creations together!
The Holofans Orchestra Team is an organization formed to manage the Holofans Orchestra. It is broadly divided into two departments: the Management Division and the Project Teams.
The Management Division oversees the entire operation of the Holofans Orchestra. It handles tasks that need to be carried out collectively to ensure that team members can operate smoothly. Additionally, it supports the Project Teams and takes responsibility in case of any issues.
The division is split into five groups based on roles: Core Group, HR Group, Finance Group, General Affairs Group, and Content Group.
The Core Group sets the overall goals and activity policies of the Holofans Orchestra and works towards achieving them. They also plan internal events and handle issues to promote active communication within the team.
The HR Group manages the team members of the Holofans Orchestra. They support the process from recruitment and onboarding to assigning members to Project Teams.
The Finance Group manages the financial aspects of the Holofans Orchestra. They audit financial plans and reports for each project, ensuring no improper profits or transactions occur.
Additionally, monetary transactions within the team are strictly prohibited1, and the Finance Group keeps a close watch to enforce this.
The General Affairs Group manages shared resources used by the entire Holofans Orchestra Team. They develop and operate resources such as the website, Discord server, and participant management system. They also consolidate and provide project knowledge to create a more supportive environment for the Project Teams.
The Content Group reviews content before it is posted on any of Holofans Orchestra’s social media accounts. They ensure that content is appropriate and won’t make viewers feel uncomfortable. Only after approval from this group can content be published on social media.
Project Teams are responsible for running all projects within the Holofans Orchestra. This includes managing large-scale offline performance meetups and every other project, all operated by these teams.
